Location- Jackson, MS 39201
Duration: Long term
Client is looking for a strong Project Manager to manage an IV&V project in Jackson, MS with a State Agency. The focus will be the design and development and early implementation portions of their EHR system upgrade project.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
The PM will be responsible for leading a team of 3-5 people to review and comment on deliverables and test the work product of the SI.
The PM will be responsible for the management of the IV&V team as well as advising the State on the Project Management of the issues, risks, budget and schedule of System Integration vendor's implementation.
The IV&V PM scope will include regular management and reporting on the client and SI's organizational structure, scope, communications, risk management, critical path, schedule, milestones, key decisions, and resource usage.
Qualifications:
-Currently PMP certified
-5 years experience on similarly complex IV&V or equivalent projects including some Medicaid experience.
-Supervisory experience for 3-4 person project team
-No sponsorship available
-Must have three personal references which can be included with the proposal
