Can I Turn Back The Time
To Ask You To Sing A
Song,Each Time I Was Angry At You

Can I Turn Back The Time
To Live My Whole Life,Every
Time I Was In Your Arms

Can I Turn Back The Time
To Give You A Chance To
Speak And I Listen

Can I Turn Back The Time
To Talk To You Late At Nights

Can I Turn Back The Time
To Show How Much You Mean To Me

Can I Turn Back The Time
To Re-Live Each And Every
Moment I Spent With You

Can I Turn Back The Time
To Experience The silence
Between Us Again

Can I Turn Back The Time
To Prove That You Are Like The Air One
Breathes Is To Me

Can I Turn Back The Time
To Let You Know How Much I Love You
Can I Turn Back The Time--

[Lovers India] Socrates - Triple Filter

In ancient Greece , Socrates was reputed to hold knowledge in high esteem. One day an acquaintance met the great philosopher and said, "Do you know what I just heard about your friend?"

"Hold on a minute," Socrates replied. "Before telling me anything I'd like you to pass a little test. It's called the Triple Filter Test."

 "Triple filter?"

"That's right," Socrates continued. "Before you talk to me about my friend, it might be a good idea to take a moment and filter what you're going to say. That's why I call it the triple filter test.

The first filter is Truth. Have you made absolutely sure that what you are about to tell me is true?"

"No," the man said, "actually I just heard about it and."

"All right," said Socrates. "So you don't really know if it's true or not. Now let's try the second filter, the filter of goodness. Is what you are about to tell me about my friend something good?"

"No, on the contrary..."

"So," Socrates continued, "you want to tell me something bad about him, but you're not certain it's true. You may still pass the test though, because there's one filter left: the filter of usefulness. Is what you want to tell me about my friend going to be useful to me?"

"No not really …"

"Well," concluded Socrates, "if what you want to tell me is neither true nor good nor even useful, why tell it to me at all?"

This is why Socrates was a great philosopher held in such high esteem.

[Lovers India] Youngest Girl To Ever Climb Mount Everest Wants To Inspire Poor Kids To Follow Their Dreams

Malavath PoornaMalavath Poorna says she felt 'great' after reaching the summit

A 13-year-old Indian tribal schoolgirl who has become the youngest girl to climb Mount Everest has told the BBC in her first interview that she wants to be a role model for tribal children.

She hoisted the Indian flag at the summit and also left a photograph of Dalit leader BR Ambedkar there.

Officials says her achievement is even more impressive as she climbed the peak from the more difficult Tibetan side.

Most climbers attempt the 8,848-metre (29,029-ft) Everest from the Nepalese side, which is easier, but Nepal does not allow climbers under 16 years of age to scale the world's tallest mountain.

At 13 years and 11 months, Poorna is just a month older than the world's youngest Everest climber - American Jordan Romero ascended the peak in 2010 when he was 13 years and 10 months.

She did the climb with Shekhar Babu, an experienced mountaineer, her friend Anand Kumar, a 16 year-old-boy from a poor family like hers, and a group of sherpas.

Rare opportunity

"I was initially afraid, but the training I received helped me overcome my fear. I never thought of giving up," Malavath told the BBC, speaking on a satellite phone from Everest base camp on Wednesday morning.

"The aim of my expedition was to inspire young people and students from my kind of background. For a tribal like me, opportunities are very rare and I was looking for one opportunity where I could prove my calibre," she says.

The thing that bothered her the most during her climb was "eating packed food" and she says she sorely missed her mother's cooking, especially her fried chicken.

Poorna, whose both parents work as agricultural labourers in a small tribal village in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, make about 35,000 rupees ($595; £355) a year.

Encouraged by her parents and her teachers at the local school in her village, Poorna enrolled into a training programme for outdoor activities. In preparation for her Everest climb, she trained in the mountains of Darjeeling and Ladakh.

Just three days after her arrival at Everest base camp on 15 April, a deadly avalanche on the Nepalese side of the mountain killed 16 sherpas, but Poorna says the tragedy did not deter her from scaling the peak.

Of the view from the top of the world, she says: "All around me were mountains. It was very beautiful."

[Lovers India] Meet Bihar's Class 12 Toppers, Sons of a Gas Vendor and Generator Operator

Patna/Gaya:  The Bihar Board Class 12 examination results have thrown up some happy moments, with the Science and Commerce stream toppers coming from very poor backgrounds.

In the last 24 hours, since the class 12 Bihar Board results were declared, Science stream topper Ravish Kumar and his parents have posed many times for the sweet eating moment, to different media crews, but haven't run out of patience.

Ravish is from a poor background. His father is the sole breadwinner for a family of four, and has been a gas cylinder vendor since 2004. This exam, Ravish scored 425 marks out of 500, putting in 12 to 13 hours of studying, sometimes without electricity, at their two-room house in Danapur, close to Patna.

"I feel very happy. Used to read the papers and see that many people from small and poor families could top and I used to wonder if I would," he says.

The next stop, Ravish says, will be Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and he's already started coaching class in Patna. More good news, his coaching institute has returned his yearly fees and promised a stipend too.

Ravish's father Ashok Kumar Singh says, "We never had to ask him to study. I always used to say to him don't study so much."

For Ravish's mother Pinki Devi, there were added concerns. "I was very worried he would not eat properly. But I am very happy if his choice is IIT," she says with pride.

Ravish is not the only student with a humble background who has done exceedingly well in the Class 12 exam. In another part of the state, the son of a generator operator has topped the Commerce stream of the Bihar Board.

In Gaya, the celebrations haven't ended at the home of Avinash Kumar, the commerce stream topper. Avinash's father is a generator operator in town but the adversity at home, and the lack of resources, never dimmed the boy's spirit. He says, "My parents have supported me all through. Have gone through a lot of problems because of me. I wanted to pay them back."

[Lovers India] Keep Calm and Carry on [Informative]

About

Keep Calm and Carry On is a catchphrase that originally appeared on a World War II-era British public safety poster. After one of the original posters was recovered and placed in a British bookshop in 2000, the inspirational message was shared online, sparking a series of image macros centered around the phrasal template "Keep Calm and X."

Origin

The Keep Calm and Carry On poster was commissioned in 1939 by the temporary Ministry of Information in England[1], following the printing of two other inspirational posters stating "Freedom Is In Peril. Defend It With All Your Might" and "Your Courage, Your Cheerfulness, Your Resolution Will Bring Us Victory." It was intended to be used to strengthen morale in the event of a large-scale attack or occupation, which many considered inevitable at the time. Though more than million of these posters were originally commissioned[2], after the war ended they were kept in storage where most were destroyed.

In 2000, Stuart Manley and his wife Mary found the poster folded at the bottom of a box of old books they purchased at an auction for their Alnwick, England bookshop, Barter Books.[3] Not knowing its origins, the couple had it framed and hung it in the shop, where they began selling prints of it the following year. According to Mary, they had sold over 40,000 copies by March 2009.[3] As of 2012, Barter is not the only place that houses original copies of the poster. The Imperial War Museum in England has approximately six and fifteen additional copies were found in February 2012, where they were appraised on the television show Antiques Roadshow.[15]

Spread

The website KeepCalmAndCarryOn.com[6] was registered in February 2007, with an online shop selling a variety of related merchandise featuring the slogan, ranging from T-shirts and bags to deck chairs and chocolate bars. In November 2008, crowdsourced T-shirt company Threadless[10] became the first website to release merchandise with a spoof design of the poster, using an upside-down crown and the slogan "Now Panic and Freak Out."

In 2009, the poster saw its biggest resurgence due to the spread of a global economic crisis in England; The Guardian[7] and The Independent[8] both published articles about the relevance of the poster to people dealing with these troubles. That year, Dr. Rebecca Lewis, whose Ph.D. thesis was on the original poster series[4], began a blog[5]to track any mentions and derivatives of Keep Calm and Carry On posters. In November 2009, The Welsh rock band Stereophonics released their seventh album Keep Calm and Carry On[12], named after the poster. In May 2010, the French website Geekiz[13] posted a compilation of 85 variations of the poster. British loyalty card Nectar launched the ad campaign "Keep Calm and Carry One"[14] to get people to sign up for their service the following year.
