Position: Project Manager (F2F Required only Locals)

Location: Melville, NY 

Duration: 6 – 9months Contract

Client is hiring a Project Manager in Melville, NY area  with experience in full Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Additional Details:

Priority Requirement! Please send us candidates that a local or around the area and can go for in person interview. Candidate must be able to pass drug screen and background check. Good communication skills are must Project Manager with experience in managing several projects involving data migrations, system conversions, portal development, business intelligence analysis, financial systems, and/or transaction processing

Experience: 

• 8+ years of PMLC experience managing full lifecycle of several concurrent software implementation projects
• Developing comprehensive, professional requirements document
• Leading UAT with the business and technical teams
• Developing project documentation and reports
• Coordinating training for end-users 
• Project auditing, recovery planning, risk management and taking over a project
• Working with various technical teams to successfully implement the products/systems
• Managing several projects involving data migrations, system conversions, portal development, business intelligence analysis, financial systems, and/or transaction processing is required  
• Managing projects on both sides, as a Business Project Manager and IT Project Manager
• Managing a cross-functional environment is preferred
• Experience leading a business process management initiative is a huge plus
• Tools: MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio

Skills:

• Must be able to thrive and successfully complete projects in an unstructured environment under a strict time-line
• Ability to adapt quickly to understand the needs of the business
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
