Bourntec is seeking for a professional Systems Architect to join one of our client team in Springfield, IL

Scope of Project: Transition the Ninth Edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-9) set of diagnosis and inpatient procedure codes to the Tenth Edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). This transition includes the migration to ICD-10 and the replatforming of the Reporting of Community Services (ROCS) and Departments Automated Reporting System (DARTS) application from legacy Personal Computer Common Business Oriented Language (PC COBOL) system to a J2EE-based web service. It also includes migrating the legacy mainframe Unit Dose System to support the ICD-10 code structure.
Systems Architect (Health Care)
Duration: 3 years
Location: Springfield, IL
Job Description:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a desired minimum ten years' experience in formal information technology field.
· 10 years' experience with General n-tier architecture.
· 3 years' experience in performance testing tool. RPT or Grinder experience preferred.
· 6 years' experience utilizing the following specific tools. J2EE/JEE; DB2 SQL; CICS; Mobius; Websphere; and JSF. They identified specific and exact clients/companies, dates, and projects ensuring that they matched up correctly with the enclosed resume.
· Good working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate in a business setting. This skill will be assessed in the interview process.
