- Able to interact and interpret business requirements and provide solution ( database design / schema, layouts, relationships, stored procedures, data import/export ). Additional experience where customer is looking are :

-Fault tolerance, data validation / backup, data replication across multi regions, data normalization

- Able to provide design / architectural options on the proposed solutions
