Must haves - 5 or more PROVEN years of experience in JAVA, SQL, Oracle, Quality Assurance Experience 3 or more years proven experience

 

Software Development: 5+ years of hands-on software design and development experience Java, J2EE and Oracle. XML including development/maintenance of XML parsers. Expert troubleshooting, problem solving and analysis skills. Experience with full software development life-cycle, preferably Agile and/or Iterative methods

 Leadership: Able to lead/direct small team of software developers

 Project Analysis: Experience at analyzing requirements to estimate the effort of complex solutions
