ALM Admin support – Need to support the ALM environment along with template management and changes .The Services scope just includes environment/platform support and does not end-user scripting / debugging issues* Associated HP ALM Products (MS Excel Addin, SAP/TAO Interface) is limited to Level 1 Support – Basic troubleshooting and interacting with HP Premier Support and R&D) for actual resolution.
