what the helll is govt policy.. 

in a day u can  only  do 100 messages.. its really f***ing,.

we all should protest against it..

ab message karne se kyaa problem. hai ;(

n i came to know that

scheme of 1ps per sec is also gonna be change... 

its really worse...
