USA Population = 31.28 Crores.

USA black Population = 4Crores.

USA Remaining Population = 27.28 Crores.

India Population = 124 Crores.

India Middle Class Population = 26.7 Crores

These 26.7 Crores are better than American 27.8 Crores in all fields. That may be richness, energy, education, hard work, honesty, sincerity, rule abiding, productive, tolerance, co-operation, support, broad mindedness, and want to take all with them for the betterment of country.

But India is governed by, governed for, governed according to remaining 97.30 Crores. These 97.30 Crores form the Govt and easily influenced by popular policy of power greedy new feudal lords. Where as in USA 27.28 Crores form the Govt. for USA.
