2. Anna Hazare bill has the power of making the government employees to stop taking bribes at all levels , from which the people can get there works done on time and will get whole money which govt sends for people
3. Because all people are not same.
4. We will not use our motor vehicles to travel, if do not have enough money to buy petrol and all people are not rich and the motor vehicle is mandatory for many people, so it affects there work.
5. Richer use his money to bribe somebody or he invest his money in new ideas and develops his business and gets rich. The poorer will not have enough money to be invest or buy basic needs and as the price of basic products are getting high, the money he earns will not get enough for him to buy those things.
