Manual Java testers so they need to be hands on coders.

The primary skills :

writing or testing any web services

testing data cashing / data grids in any "flavor"

Automation experience with heavy scripting skills (non-QTP), preferably plain JAVA

Yes, the technologies listed in the position requirements are the one candidate will have to work on daily bases.
